Our servers are currently hosted in:

• the Netherlands;
• Germany.

After payment the server is activated automatically within 5–10 minutes. Windows Server installations can take longer — up to 20 minutes. Access details are sent once activation completes.

Dedicated servers take longer: 48–72 hours if the configuration is in stock. If it is not, we wait for the hardware to arrive.

Yes, basic L3/L4 DDoS protection is enabled by default on every plan. It mitigates the most common network attacks — flood attacks, SYN flood, UDP flood and other network- and transport-layer threats — and keeps malicious traffic from affecting your project.

Protection works automatically and needs no configuration: malicious traffic is filtered before it reaches the server, and only legitimate traffic gets through.

We guarantee 99.98% uptime under the SLA. Downtime is compensated according to the agreement.

We move sites and data from your old hosting free of charge. Migration is done without downtime: we sync files and databases, and you only switch the DNS.

The minimum initial term is 1 month. Paying for 3 months or more gives a 3% to 15% discount.
