This policy explains what data we receive while providing hosting services, why we need it,
who it is shared with and how long it is stored. The data controller is Digital Hosting
Provider LLC (TIN 9109035343, registration no. 1269100000146, 25 Andrusovo village,
Simferopol district, 297576). Questions about data processing:
support@dhost.su.
1. What data we process
- Account data. Your e-mail address or your Telegram ID and username — depending on
how you created the account.
- Technical data. IP address, sign-in times and actions in the client area, device
and browser type. These records are needed to protect the account and to resolve disputes.
- Service data. Ordered servers and plans, assigned IP addresses, rental periods,
renewal history and configuration changes.
- Payment data. Amounts, dates, the payment method and the transaction ID at the
payment provider. We never receive or store card numbers or crypto wallet
credentials — payments are processed on the provider’s side.
- Correspondence. Support requests and any materials attached to them.
- Browser storage. Your login session and the selected theme are kept in the
browser. We use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to measure traffic: these services set their own cookies and collect anonymised visit data. There are no advertising trackers on the site.
The contents of your servers — files, databases, traffic — remain yours: we do not inspect or
analyse them. Access to a server is only possible at your request (for example, during
troubleshooting) or in cases directly required by law.
2. Why we process it
- to deliver the service: create a server, issue credentials, renew or change a plan;
- to handle billing and show the operation history in the client area;
- to answer support requests;
- to notify you about what matters: rental expiry, maintenance, incidents;
- to protect the service and our clients from fraud and abuse;
- to meet legal requirements.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell data and share it only with those without whom the service cannot work:
- payment providers — to process a payment and confirm its result;
- infrastructure providers — data centres and hardware owners in the Netherlands
and Germany, to the extent needed for hosting;
- Telegram — if you use the bot or receive notifications in the messenger;
- authorities — upon a lawful, properly issued request.
4. How long we keep it
- account data and service history — while the contract is in force and afterwards for the
periods set by law for accounting and tax records;
- sign-in and action logs — for the limited time needed to investigate security incidents;
- data on the drives of a deleted server — 3 days after the paid period ends, then the
resources are released and the data is deleted without the option to restore it;
- support correspondence — for as long as it is useful for service quality and dispute
resolution.
5. Your rights
- find out what data of yours we process;
- correct inaccurate data — some of it can be changed right in the client area;
- delete your account and the related data: request it in the client area or by e-mail to
support. Deletion is possible once settlements are complete;
- opt out of informational mailings while keeping technical service notifications;
- file a complaint if you believe your data was processed unlawfully.
6. How we protect it
Connections to the website, the client area and the control panel are encrypted. Account
passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, staff access to data is limited by role, and
administrator actions are written to an audit log. Two-factor authentication is available for
the client area — we recommend enabling it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy: the current version is always published on this page, with the
date at the top of the document. Significant changes are announced in our
news channel.
