These terms describe the conditions on which Digital Hosting Provider LLC (“we”, “the
Provider”) rents out virtual and dedicated servers, and on which you (“the Client”) use them.
By placing an order and paying for a service you accept these terms.
1. Services
- We rent out virtual servers (VDS/VPS) and dedicated servers in data centres in the
Netherlands and Germany, together with related services: additional IP addresses, backups,
access to the control panel and the Telegram bot.
- A virtual server is provisioned automatically within 5–10 minutes of payment; with
Windows Server it takes up to 20 minutes. Dedicated servers are delivered within 48–72
hours if the configuration is in stock; otherwise after the hardware arrives.
- All stated server specifications are considered valid before purchase. The uplink
(10 Gbit/s) is provided per node (shared) and is not guaranteed for an individual virtual
server: actual speed depends on the total traffic consumed by users of that node.
- Administering the operating system and the software you install is the Client’s
responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.
- We do not guarantee that VPN services will work from Russia on our servers — neither at
the time of ordering nor while the service is in use. The same applies to the availability
of websites for users in Russia. You can check the subnets with our support team if needed.
2. Payment and renewal
- Services are provided on a prepaid basis. The minimum initial term is 1 month; for
renewals the term starts from 1 day.
- Paying for three months or more comes with a discount: 3% for 3 months, 7% for 6 months,
15% for 12 months. The term discount and a promo code discount do not stack — the larger
of the two applies.
- When the paid period ends the server is stopped. You can renew it within 3 days: data,
configuration and assigned IP addresses are preserved. After that the resources are
released and the data is deleted.
- Payment methods are listed on the Payment page. Funds are
credited to your client-area balance and spent on the services you order.
3. Changing the configuration
- Server resources (CPU, RAM, disk) can be increased at any time. Each upgrade costs €2 per
month and is charged for the current calendar month in full — there is no pro-rata
recalculation for the remaining days.
- When you downgrade a configuration or switch to a cheaper plan, the difference for the
period already paid is not refunded: only the cost of further rental changes.
- Changing the server location is handled as ordering a new server: the Client is
responsible for moving the data, unless agreed otherwise with support.
4. Refunds
- A refund is possible if the service was not provided, or was substantially degraded,
through our fault: a long outage, critical instability, or no access to the control panel.
- To request a refund, open a support ticket with the service ID and a description of the
problem. We run diagnostics and, if the problem is confirmed and cannot be fixed, refund
the period in full or in part — proportionally to the time the service was unavailable.
- No refund is issued: if you cancel the service for personal reasons without a confirmed
fault; if the problem was caused by the Client or third parties; if these terms were
violated; or for maintenance announced in advance.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not host or carry out the following on our resources:
- spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, fraud and abuse schemes;
- scanning other networks, password brute-forcing, taking part in DDoS attacks or botnets;
- distributing malware, phishing pages and fake services;
- material that breaks the law, including anything related to the exploitation of minors,
human trafficking, weapons or drugs;
- infringement of third-party copyright;
- actions that threaten the infrastructure or harm other clients;
- organising or supporting drug trade;
- organising or promoting online casinos;
- using the server to provide access to resources blocked in Russia (for example,
extremist material or sites on the official register of banned websites);
- configuring the server so that it circumvents restrictions established by Russian law;
- using the server for activity that requires connecting to VPN services not included in
the official Roskomnadzor register;
- publicly advertising or promoting the server as a tool for bypassing blocks.
The Provider may inspect servers when a violation is suspected or a complaint is received.
If a justified complaint or our own check confirms a breach of one or more clauses, the
server is stopped immediately with no refund.
VPN and Proxy use is allowed. If the resources are clearly used for something else (for
example, mass proxy services for third parties), the uplink speed may be limited temporarily
to keep the network stable.
6. Suspension and termination
- If a violation is found, we may throttle the uplink, suspend or terminate the service.
Where possible we warn in advance; in case of a clear security threat or a legal
requirement — immediately, with notice afterwards.
- Abuse reports are accepted at abuse@dhost.su. Please
include the IP address, the time (with the time zone) and supporting material.
- If the service is terminated because of a violation, paid funds are not refunded.
7. Data and backups
- Backups are a separate paid service. If it is not enabled, keeping your data safe is the
Client’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for the contents of the Client’s servers, nor for losses caused by
data loss.
8. Liability
- We work to keep the infrastructure running without interruption, but cannot guarantee the
absence of downtime caused by maintenance, faults at upstream providers or force majeure.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service for the period in which it was not
provided properly.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page with the date at the
top of the document; significant changes are announced in our
news channel.
By continuing to use the services you accept the new version.
