Answers to the questions we get most often
A dedicated server and a virtual server (VDS/VPS) are two different ways to host a project. They differ in isolation, the amount of control you get, and price.
What they are:
Choose a dedicated server if:
Choose a virtual server (VDS/VPS) if:
If you are not sure which type suits your project, tell us about the workload you expect — our engineers will help pick the right configuration.
At the moment our servers are hosted in:
We keep expanding our footprint so that users in different regions get low latency and fast loading.
After payment the server is provisioned automatically within 5–10 minutes. With Windows Server it can take longer — up to 20 minutes. Access details are sent as soon as provisioning is finished.
Dedicated servers take longer: 48–72 hours if the configuration is in stock. If it is not, we wait for the hardware delivery.
Yes. Basic L3/L4 DDoS protection is enabled by default on every plan. It mitigates the most common network attacks — flood attacks, SYN flood, UDP flood and other threats at the network and transport layers — and limits their impact on your project.
Protection works automatically and needs no setup: malicious traffic is filtered before it reaches the server, and only legitimate traffic gets through.
We aim to keep settlements convenient and flexible, so we support a wide range of payment instruments — pick whichever fits your preferences and setup.
You can pay:
If you have questions about a particular method, its limits or how long the funds take to arrive — or need help completing a payment — our team is happy to guide you through it.
The minimum initial term is 1 month. For renewals the term starts from 1 day.
When the paid period ends the server is stopped, but you can still renew it within the next 3 days. During that window the data stays on the drives, the configuration is kept and the assigned IP addresses are not reallocated — so the server can be brought back without losing settings or data. After those 3 days the resources are released and the data may be deleted in line with our retention policy.
If you want to check performance, compatibility with your software or how convenient the panel is beforehand, we can provide a trial server. Contact support to agree the terms of the trial (duration, configuration, available locations) — we will suggest the best option for your case.
A refund is possible when the service could not be provided, or was substantially degraded, for reasons on the hosting side — long outages, critical instability, no access to the control panel and other faults not caused by the client.
How to request a refund:
No refund is issued if:
If you have questions about the procedure or how the amount is calculated, please contact support — we will explain the details.
We appreciate your support in growing the service and offer a straightforward referral programme that rewards you for bringing new clients.
You receive 15% of everything your referred clients spend on hosting. The reward is calculated from payments for server rent, additional resources and other services bought through your referral link.
If you still have questions about the programme, referral links or the referral balance, contact support — we will explain how to make the most of it.
No, we do not set traffic volume limits on our servers. We stick to transparent, unobstructed use of network resources — so you can scale confidently and handle peaks without the risk of sudden caps or blocks.
Uplink capacity. Every virtual or dedicated server is connected through a 10 Gbit/s uplink, both inbound and outbound. That headroom suits demanding projects: streaming, content delivery, high-load web applications and other data-heavy scenarios.
Ports and configuration freedom. We do not block or restrict any ports — you can use standard and non-standard ports alike, within our network rules and applicable law. That gives you full freedom to deploy game servers, VoIP solutions, custom protocols and other specialised software.
A few caveats. While there is no formal traffic cap, we ask you to follow common hosting practice:
Up to 54 IPv4 addresses per server. The limit keeps the network subsystem working optimally and traffic routing stable.
Yes, you can scale server resources at any time — add CPU power, increase memory or extend disk space. This lets you react to growing load and adapt the infrastructure without migrating data to a new server.
How upgrades work:
Paying for an upgrade:
If you are not sure which resources to add or how much, contact support. Our engineers will look at the current load, assess what your application needs and help pick a balanced configuration that keeps services stable at a sensible cost.
We offer a wide choice of operating systems — from web services and databases to corporate applications and specialised workloads.
Available in the control panel:
Besides operating systems, the panel can install ready-made software sets, which speeds up deployment of typical services:
If you are unsure which OS or software set fits your project, our engineers will help: they will review your stack, load and security requirements and suggest the right configuration.
Yes, backups are available as a paid add-on.
How it works:
Please note: the service is not part of the base plan and is billed separately. To enable backups, check the price for your configuration or discuss custom scenarios (off-site storage, longer retention), contact support.
Yes, running VPN and Proxy software on our servers is allowed. You may deploy such services for secure connections, remote access or other purposes consistent with hosting.
Conditions and limits:
If you plan a VPN or Proxy setup, we recommend estimating the expected load in advance and talking to our support team. They will help choose the right configuration, suggest proven setups and advise how to avoid throttling due to an overloaded uplink.
To get API access, apply for credentials to the reseller account.
What to do:
If you have specific integration requirements (unusual automation scenarios or higher request limits), mention them in the application — we will adapt the access to your case. If anything goes wrong along the way, contact support: we will help with the setup and the first steps.
