After payment the server is provisioned automatically within 5–10 minutes. Windows Server takes longer — up to 20 minutes. Access details are sent as soon as the server is ready.

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. The minimum billing period is one month. Paying or renewing for three months up to a year comes with a discount of up to 15%.

If you stop using the service early, you may request a refund of the unused balance in line with our terms of service. No refund is issued if the hosting rules were violated.
